On 6th of September, we organized our very first digital marketing class for more than 20 realtors at ERA APAC Centre, Toa Payoh. Titled “Close 1 in 7 leads”, realtors were guided on how to excel at new launches with Google Ads.
Organized and taught by SMC’s Co-Founder, Karthik Rames, the class focused on ways to leverage the power of Google Ads to generate more property leads online.
In a short 2-hours lesson, we condensed the key learning points of Google Ads into 3 core topics - macro strategies, micro strategies, and lastly, fine-tuning strategies.
Many realtors were not only attentively listening in, but also taking down notes, and participating actively in the class. It was a heartening sight – knowing that they were eager to learn and willing to invest their time to pick up a new skill.
First off, Google Ads is not meant to replace your current forms of traditional marketing. It is meant to supplement your existing marketing efforts, whether you’re giving out flyers, organizing roadshows, or planning door-to-door visits.
