1. Former Watten Estate

Watten Estate Condominium in Bukit Timah was put up for collective sale via tender, and won by a joint venture between UOL Group and Singapore Land Group with a $550.8 million bid.

Spanning 220,241 sqft, the freehold property comprises of 104 townhouses and residential units. Built in 1983, the property will be redeveloped to 286 units according to the mandatory minimum average size of 100sqm.

Aside from being less than a minute’s walk away from Maxwell Food Centre, which is home to some of Singapore’s best hawker stalls, the residence is also located in Tanjong Pagar - known as the Little Korean Town. The residence is within walking distance to 2 MRT stations - Paya Lebar Interchange MRT station and Dakota MRT station. 

Education institutions that are within the 1km radius include Kong Hwa, Haig Girls’, and Tanjong Katong Primary School.
