Avenue South Residences was an interesting project. Given that it was in a very attractive location with a very decent price so we expected it to be hotly contested. Going in, we expected to play the long game and knew that consistency and following up would be the key to winning this one.

  • Aim was to setup up the campaign and run it within 2 weeks.
  • Targeted 2 leads a month with at least one closing overall

Execution

This should come as no surprise anymore. We now have our 3 step process down to a T. One new thing we tried in this campaign was to attempt to reduce the number of keywords and spread the budget across more months to capture some of the earlier leads.

  • Keywords and Ads in 3 days.
  • Landing mircosite setup within 7 working days.
  • Launched from ads our our account within 10 days of confirmation.

Results

Truth be told, we had hoped that there would have been more leads. However, it was not to be. Despite that, this was still a very strong showing for the agent. Leads generated made the agent over $75,000. While we only generated 10 leads, it seemed that the leads were of high quality so closing was easy and efficient.
