Project Overview

Mayfair Gardens is one of those extremely rare and beautiful developments. Located in a very desirable area, we knew it will attract heat and with that plenty of competitors ads as well as other agents. This was going to be a marathon campaign.

  • Aim was to setup up the campaign and run it within 2 weeks.
  • Targeted 5 leads a month with at least one closing overall

Execution

If you have been reading our portfolios, you know that our work always starts with our 3 step process. No different this time. We did, however, have to keep in mind that this was going to be a very competitive campaign so we paid particular attention to ad and landing page quality scores.

We fell short of the lead requirements, however the agent was very happy with the results. It is not everyday that you get 17x return on your ads spend.
